As Managing Partner at WSI Collaborative Solutions, Daren’s focus is helping companies with business and technology challenges as they relate to maximizing the Internet to increase revenue, decrease costs, improve customer service and establish a competitive advantage.
Daren combines over 20 years of successful information technology consulting, Internet consulting, strategic planning, marketing & sales experience, and business management expertise to make Internet success easy for his clients. Prior to co-founding WSI Collaborative Solutions, he served in the role of Vice President of Sales & Strategy for an IBM strategic business partner, Granitar Inc. While at Granitar, he was involved in helping shape Internet solutions for firms like New York Times Digital, Standard & Poors, Amtrack, and the Washington Post. Prior to joining Granitar, Daren was President and Founder of a niche Internet solutions company, Utility eBusiness Solutions, LLC, helping electric companies support new business processes and decrease transition costs to a deregulated environment.
Daren has started several businesses of his own and understands the challenges that small business owners face. His combination of business and technology experience makes him ideal for helping companies determine how to best leverage the Internet to maximize business benefits.
Daren earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree in Engineering, along with his Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. He lives with his wife and child in Concord, Massachusetts.
Don Schiavone
Don Schiavone is a Managing Partner with WSI Collaborative Solutions. Don has been helping business of all sizes turn web sites into web solutions for the past 8 years. He focuses on leveraging state-of-the-art Internet technology to increase profits, decrease cost and maximize customer service for his clients.
Don specializes in converting business requirements into effective web solutions through best practices in web site design and usability, information architecture, search engine marketing, and content reusability. He is also a certified Search Engine Marketing Strategist. Don ensures that every Internet solution we build exceeds our clients’ expectations and delivers the anticipated business benefits.
Don has been providing strategic and technology consulting to businesses for over 15 years. Prior to co-founding WSI Collaborative Solutions, Don served as Vice President of Engineering for Granitar Inc, a top tier Internet Consulting firm. In this role, he managed over 200 designers, programmers and project managers to develop and deliver state-of-the-art web solutions for Fortune 1000 clients such as State Street Bank, Fidelity, Amtrak, New York Times Digital, and Standard and Poors.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Clarkson University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives with his wife and two children in Hudson, Massachusetts.
